How do I stop dandruff other that using shampoo?

I've tried apple vinegar, baby oil, numerous leave-on treatments, taking flax seed oil supplements..........





Also, I've been recommended fish oil but I just won't go there.

dear...dandruff are the dead skin of you head. It becomes dead cause of lack of moistures.


Best solution is to avoid coffee and cokes like stuff, take water , juices excessively...try to avoid heavy food intakes .... the long lasting solution.


Shampoo is not the solution for dandruff. It just removes dead skin parts , not moisturizes the same.

the best tat u can do is wash ur hair every day... do not share combs and comb it frequently....
