Thresemee, Thresemee OULALA!!!What brand of shampoo and conditioner do you use?
VO 5 cucumber....What brand of shampoo and conditioner do you use?
Pantene or Herbal Essence, both smell yummy.
i switch up between pantene and wella
i use head%26amp;shoulders shampoo and loreal pro vive conditioner.
VO5 Strawberries and Cream shampoo and Pantene Pro-V Protect and Revitalize conditioner.
Thermasilk....for Thin fine hair...works wonders if you have to blow dry :)
Doo Gro
Baby shampoo
I use Garnier Fructis, long and strong.
It works really well, leaves your hair smelling good and shiny. Also, the conditioner is AMAZING at taking out tangles, all I have to do is brush, and it's like there were never any tangles at all.
Redken (Clear Moisture line)...best stuff I've ever used on my fine hair.
pantene, aussie, every now and then some herbal essence
Fructise I love it I also use the smoothing creame and gel. I have natural wavy hair and it works so well to straigten it
I use Alberto V05. It works really well on my hair, and I can get a big bottle (22.5 oz) for a dollar at the Dollar Tree near my home.
ausie stuff
I use v05 strawberries and creams and also suave tea therapy shampoo and conditioner. They both smell really good and the tea one has a smell that helps relax you.
I use v05. My mom said it was a cheap shampoo but it works for my hair. You just have to try lots of kinds.
I used to use Fructise, which is a really great hair line...... try it!

Tell me the name of any good ayurvedic herbal shampoo which should not cause any damage 2 hairs?
please tell me the name of any good ayurvedic herbal shampoo which should not cause any damage 2 hair and aslo prevent hair lossTell me the name of any good ayurvedic herbal shampoo which should not cause any damage 2 hairs?
You need oral treatment and not external. Any shampoo you use will not help for hair fall. You will lose your hair as well as money also. Every thing is very good in advertisements for which we pay. There are good herbal products to be taken which helps in preventing hair fall, grow hair and prevent premature greying. If the hair fall is due to hereditary, then no one will be able to help. You can also consult a good homoeopath who will treat you constitutionally.Tell me the name of any good ayurvedic herbal shampoo which should not cause any damage 2 hairs?
There is no such shampoo. Even though some brands advertise about the herbal content of the shampoo, I really doubt it.
The best thing is to see Ayurvedic doctor.
Hi, Try Kz Lotion (Ketoconazole Lotion 2%) by H %26amp; H Pharmaceutica Pvt Ltd, 106, Doctor House, Deshmukh Marg, Mumbai - 400026.
Though its called lotion, its actually a shampoo. Its good and will not lather out like other shampoos. This lotion can be used even for dandruf. I had a heavy hair fall, using this lotion (prescribed by my dermatogist), hair fall is under better control. Dont panic initially if ur hair fall increases, thats because of the change in shampoos.
Its little expensive Rs.125 for 50ml. Its not easily available in pharmacy.
I don't know if you can get Himalaya range of ayurvedic products from india in your country.
check their products on the net. They are really good!

What kind of shampoo should i use to make my hair soft?
Dove! What kind of shampoo should i use to make my hair soft?
be sure to use a good conditioner and deep condition once or twice a week.
i would reccoment:
Pantene Ice shineWhat kind of shampoo should i use to make my hair soft?
dove makes an AMAZING moisturizing shampoo. i think its just called Dove Moisturizing lol. but its really nice, all of doves products are
Aussie Mega or Moist Shampoo %26amp; Aussie 3 Minute Miracle
i use the redken ';all soft'; range, i'm no specialist or anything, but it made my hair soft, i love the stuff!
Try Redken ';All Soft'; shampoo and Conditioner. You can get it at a salon or Trade Secrets at your local mall.
I am a hairstylist and I swear by it!
Tresemme Soft and Silky.
I find that sunsilk is really good and it 's cheap.
pantene
Garnier Fructis. Get the one that works for your hair, there are lots. Use the Leave-In conditioner and Frizz Serums to make it even softer, just don't overdo it or you'll end up with greasy roots.
It depends on the type of hair you have. if you have couse and rough hair you should use Enjoy Luxury Shampoo and Conditioner. If your hair is damaged get Enjoy IRS spray with The Mask. It is so good for your hair. I would def. not say pantene that is one of the worst ones you can buy. Yes prof. lines are more expensive but it's for a reason they repair your hair not just coat it.
you cann use any shampo jsut be sure that your use a really good moisturizing conditioner. i recommend treseme. ($3-$4 any store/drugstore).
i also heard that dove works well.
but whatever you do DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT use pantene or garnier. especially pantene. it has bad chemicasls in them that damage hair, make it fall out, and it can lead to the thinning of hair and frizz and/or dandruff.
good luck!
do not use pantene it coats the hair that is why it seems shiney. if you're going to use a department store brand shampoo use tresemme it's the best.
I use Bath %26amp; Body Works shampoo and conditioner and together they make my hair soft, shiny, and moisturized. They are the best!
conditioner use biolage from salons or thermasilk but salons have alot of good products for soft hair
Pantene
Pantene, particularly the ice shine, seems to work well for me.
be sure to use a good conditioner and deep condition once or twice a week.

Yess.. Its called.. Str8-B-Gone.

Is there any shampoo/conditioner that makes hair straight? and what about straight perming?
Can anybody tell me if there is areally good shampoo/conditioner avilable at stores that makes hair straight/ I have a very dry and frizzy hair and I hate it. and also I am thinking about for hair perming. Does that work well? if so, for how long does that last? and what is the charges for that? I really need some good advice. I'll be thankful for all of your's answer. Is there any shampoo/conditioner that makes hair straight? and what about straight perming?
I think you might as well use an iron for straight hair. I have natural straight hair and still I use that for some reason. Is there any shampoo/conditioner that makes hair straight? and what about straight perming?
ive hunted and hunted for shampoos/conditions that will make your hair do what you want, but i havent had any luck. ive used citre shine for frizz problems, its worked pretty well. also you can try a hair renewal spray, that helps with some control of hair. as far as straigtening goes its best if you just use a flat iron.
Try Matrix Sleek and Shine (Orange Bottle) you can get at your local beauty shop!!! It works wonders on my hair and it's just like yours. OR go the inexpensive way and get Suave Sleek and Shine (Wal-mart or any dept. store) It's also in a Orange bottle. You might want to get some anti-friz lotion and both lines as i mentioned above also have a cream that helps!!! Good Luck!
You can get your hair straightened but it will cost you. The first time it is 500 and then every 3 weeks you have to put chemicals on it.
I've been using a product by Loreal VIVE called Smooth Intense. There are a few products in the line but I mainly use the shampoo and conditioner. The bottle says it is for Dry, Coarse, Rebellious hair. It's in an orange bottle. Can't hurt to try and it is quite inexpensive.
Yeah there is but I forget what is is called??
But it works really good! My friend just used it like.......two days ago and her hair is really stright. It has a few waves but its stright and she LOVES it LOL! But yeah there is on that you can use to strightin your hair.
I have curly curly hair. I have tried every straightner i could find. The only straightner other then a flat iron that i found that works is the chi straighting treatments. Its a long process but it really works. I dont have to worry about blow drying my hair after a shower. They also have their own line of shampo's and conditioner's if you want to try it
I have the same problem as you.. Straightening totally works, IF you go to the right salon and the right person with the right tools.. they cant be using just a regular loose feeling straightening iron.. The iron that was used on me was imported(from japan) and costs hundreds of dollars and you can feel the difference.. its much more tighter and pulls on your hair a little more.. They told me it would last six months, but if done right it can last up to a year.(it did for me) And the best thing about it was, I never once blew dried my hair after a shower, and it comes out picture perfect...
If you get a good one it costs about $400(depends on your hair length) and takes up to 6-8 hours.. but if you get the cheap one its about $100-$150 and takes about 2 hours (totally not worth it, ive gotten it)
i hope that helps some..wrinkles

Will a shampoo with Blue in it (to tone down brassiness) impact future color I get?
I am using Aveda Blue Malva Shampoo to get rid of the brassiness in my hair. I have brown hair with highlights. Soon, I would like to color my hair darker (just a medium brown). I will go to a salon - - do I need to tell them about using this shampoo? Will it impact how the color turns out? Should I not be using that shampoo if I want a permanent color over highlights? Thanks. Will a shampoo with Blue in it (to tone down brassiness) impact future color I get?
Not at all. Since the dye inside your shampoo does not stain on your hair, it goes with rinse, it WON'T impact your hair color. You can continue to use that shampoo.
Coloring the hair is a more complicated process. Hair dyes split the hair fibers by ammonia and then deliver the dye into it. Then the conditioners heal the fibers. Will a shampoo with Blue in it (to tone down brassiness) impact future color I get?
this should not affect your future expected coloring. If i were you i would go to Sally's beauty supply to ask for the de-brasser. Any of them should be good but they will be purple in coloring, usually very dark.
Good Luck, Remember you are beautiful even wit green spiky hair because the soul that holds that head up should always be happy.
Take care
Apsolute no. You can dye your hair in any color you want. Be sure

After relaxing hair, how long until I can shampoo?
It was done in a salon, they recommended waiting 2 wks. After relaxing hair, how long until I can shampoo?
If it was no Lye its three days.
I relax my hair,After relaxing hair, how long until I can shampoo?
I've gotten perms once a month since I was 8 (and I'm 16 now) and every time I go to the salon they style it funny or the type of products they use leave my hair...less than fabulous. I usually end up washing it as little as, well, right when I get home! When you go to the salon, all you're getting when you get a perm is the chemicals in your hair. They put the perm on, and wash it out, then *shampoo and condition* your hair. They do it DIRECTLY after they put the perm in, so technically, you can rewash your hair whenever you want, as long as the perm has worked it's magic. Besides, if they put too much oil on your hair (as mine often do), the best thing to do is to just wash it out, especially because too much oil is NEVER a good thing.
Bottom line, when you go to the salon, you pay for the chemical, the wash, shampoo, and style, even though all you really NEED is the chemical. Actually, I've been known, more than once, to just have them wash the perm out of my hair and I'll go home and do the rest myself if I'm in a hurry.
Hope this helps! :)
Depends if it was lye or no lye. But i would say about 48 hours.

What dog shampoo would you recommend for his coat.?
I use a regular dog shampoo but i want something that can make his coat healthier.
My dog is a shih tzu and i want to maintain his coat healthy and with no nots.
thanks in advanceWhat dog shampoo would you recommend for his coat.?
A shampoo isn't going to make your dog's coat healthy or mat free. Healthy coat is from feeding quality food %26amp; add fish oil capsules %26amp; from regular brushing to keep hair mat free %26amp; spread coat oils thru the hair. On a shih-tzu I would use only a hypo shampoo %26amp; no conditioner - it isn't needed %26amp; can make blackheads %26amp; change coat natural ph.What dog shampoo would you recommend for his coat.?
If he's partially white, get a shampoo at petsmart or petco for dogs with white hair. Also, get a conditioner. I have a poodle mix with really fine hair that mats and knots easily so I use a pantene deep conditioner on him. Its not made for dogs, but I use it anyway :]
The biggest factor in a healthy coat is diet. High quality food and supplements will result in a healthier coat.
Using conditioner can help with tangles, but you need to brush and comb him often.

Can you bath a puppy in your own shampoo?
I'm getting real dog shampoo Friday. Can you bath a puppy in your own shampoo?
Yes, you can. Many of the pet owners here will tell you not to, but many show dogs are bathed in human shampoo and conditioner on a regular basis. There will not be one show breeder or professional handler who will tell you that you NEED a shampoo that says DOG on it.
The big mistake that people make at home, regardless of shampoo type, is to not rinse thoroughly enough. Once you think the dog is totally rinsed, rinse him again,
My mom's been breeding and showing English Setters for over 40 years and none of those dogs have ever been bathed with dog shampoo. Always human. Hasn't hurt them in the least, or their Championships.
My dog has never been bathed with dog shampoo either. That's her in my avatar--yeah, that glossy, thick coat is just ruined, huh? ;) The first thing people remark on is how glossy and thick her coat is and how soft she is to pet. People can't keep their hands off her!
Dog shampoo is 99% marketing, Look at the ingredients--they're almost exactly the same. But they cost 4 times as much as human shampoo. Marketing.
ETA: Of course a groomer will promote their own products. If you want to pay 4x the cost of human shampoo because it says DOG on it, be my guest. Lots of people will and do. But it's wholly unnecessary.
If your dog eats a good food and is not bathed excessively, regular old human shampoo is fine. Just be sure you rinse thoroughly. Can you bath a puppy in your own shampoo?
Bubble bath can be used as dog shampoo if you don't have any. I use the avon bubble bath when i run out.
How old is the puppy? Anything under 8 weeks should be bathed in either puppy shampoo or human baby shampoo, like Johnson's. After 8 weeks, you can try human shampoo, but the puppy may possibly be allerigc...you never know.
wait till friday. puppies dont need to be bathed often, it will dry the skin out and using your shampoo will do it worse because the Ph balance is too high for the puppy.
no
Human shampoo has detergent in and that can irritate the dogs skin
Rather than a human shampoo which has the wrong PH and will dry your dog's skin and hair, use Murphy's Original [liquid] Oil Soap. It's entirely vegetable-based, and it works wonderfully.
Or you could wait until payday and buy her real dog shampoo.
yes, My dog has dandruff and every alternate shampoo I give him is with head and shoulders.... he is 7 yrs old now. happy n healthy boy
No you shouldn't since it is formulated for human ph not dogs %26amp; puppy skin is even more sensitive. Only use puppy or hypo shampoo on puppies. Even human baby shampoo is too strong %26amp; not tear less to pets.
FYI - show ppl will use any product that makes their dog look good for the ring right that moment - not for long term use. Most of the products used for the ring are not used again in daily real life once career is finished.
It depends on the breed of your dog. Some dogs have sensitive skin like humans. i.e Dalmatians have sensitive skin so you wash them with wool mix or something that wont irritate them in any way.
no that is very dangerous you can buy dog shampoo at pet stores and other places but we have chemicals in our and if you get it in their eyes it will burn their eyes and if you do that they will start freaking out
No, I would not shampoo my puppy in humane shampoo it has chemicals in there that might harm them in different ways. They make specialized Dog shampoos you can get them at Wal-Mart, Kmart, Pets mart, Petco and even the dollar store! Lol However I do you the Mane 鈥榥 Tail hoof maker conditioner that I use for my hair on my puppy to condition him. I saw that at the store in the pet aisle they had the same kind so it is human and pet friendly. Well I hope I helped!
Sure..just make sure that it's not too acidic and also alcohol-free...
I don't see why not.

Using childrens shampoo and conditioner on colored hair?
I want to know if its okay to use the ';Just for me'; kids line by soft and beautiful on my color treated dry hair. what will the results be? is it wiser to use childrens shampoo and conditioner if im trying to grow my hair longer? advice please!!!Using childrens shampoo and conditioner on colored hair?
Don't use a baby shampoo! They generally have a high pH and that is not good for preventing color fading! I'm not sure about that specific kid's shampoo line but to be totally safe a shampoo specifically for color treated hair is best. If you can get a sulfate-free shampoo that is even better!
If you really want to use that kid's line try finding a customer hotline number for the manufacturer and ask them if that shampoo is color safe.Using childrens shampoo and conditioner on colored hair?
as a hairdresser I would advise you to use shampoo for color treated hair and same for conditioner. I don't know that children's line, but it might be to harsh for your color. as for growing you hair longer, there's really no shampoo that could do that. Just eat healthy, get a trim, once and awhile, you could try biotin vitamins.
Well first of all shampoo and conditioner has no effect on hair growth. No, children's shampoo is unbalanced and can end up stripping out your color. You can try a baby shampoo if for whatever reason you don;t want to use a shampoo for color treated hair.wrinkles

How much sodium laureth sulphate is in baby shampoo?
i think it has the same...
sodium laureth sulfate is a cheap foaming agent.
if you want to get away from that stuff, you'll need to start using 'organic' shampoos or hypo-allergenic shampoos.
If you don't want that stuff, there's organic shampoos out there that don't have it.

Is it bad to wash your hair with shampoo everyday?
Every other day :)
Healthier for your hair !!Is it bad to wash your hair with shampoo everyday?
I have naturally curly hair. If I wear my hair curly, it pretty much looks like a rats nest if I don't wash it the next day - so in that respect I would wash it every day, I've never noticed a problem when doing that. When I wear my hair straight I want to get as many days out of it as possible, I can go 3-7days before I have to wash it because it looks too oily.
I've always been scolded for washing my hair every day because it removes the natural oils from your hair. Every hair dresser I've ever gone to says not to wash your hair everyday for this reason.
You also loose approximately 100 strands of hair every day. If you go several days before washing your hair you may loose more at once which can be a little scary but is ultimately normal.
Just use your best judgment.
Is it bad to wash your hair with shampoo everyday?
i shampoo my hair twice and then condition it every day, my sister is a hairdresser and tells me this is supposed to be really bad for my hair as the hairs natural oils are supposed to keep your scalp and hair healthy but when you wash your hair everyday you are removing these oils. i have found that because i now wash it every day my hair also gets greasy a lot quicker than it used to so i feel i have to wash it every day!
It depends on your hair type... if you have drier hair, like mine - it is best to wash it every other day or every third day. And obviously if you have more oily hair, everyday. It also depends upon the shampoo you are using, I would never wash my hair everyday with drug store shampoo.
well being a hairdresser i wudnt recommend it as your washing the natural oils out of ur hair but my mum washes her hair everyday and its fine it depends on what type of hair you have but if it suits you then carry on with it
It depends on you hair type. If your hair gets very oily if you don't wash it everyday, then it is fine to shampoo everyday. If you hair is dry type then do it once every three days or so...
if it's gentle it won't do damage if it's quite strong it will take away the natural oil and make it dry,and if your hair is oily it won't make any difference it will help it
well ive heard that u should shampoo your hair every 3 days because if you wash it everyday, it takes out the natural oils thats in your hair, which makes your hair better. makes it shine
only with a mild shampoo like johnsons baby shampoo .
you dont want to strip your hair of nutrients x

Too much conditioner also makes your hair fall out

some people says its bad but i do it and nothing happens
nope,it actually is good
i dont think so

Do you shampoo your hair outside of the shower?
If so, why and where?Do you shampoo your hair outside of the shower?
noDo you shampoo your hair outside of the shower?
no.
definitely not..haha...
no...it would be a pain in teh put to get in the shower, get your hair wet, hten get out of teh shower to shampoo then get back in...
Why??
I do because otherwise your not actually cleaning your scalp or hair properly.
I just go forward a bit, so my hair isn't standing in the shower.
You shouldn't shampoo it in the shower because you need to get the shampoo into your scalp and massage it well so that its clean.
I wash my hair in the kitchen when I get a relaxer/texturizer/perm or whatever you'd like to call it because I don't want the chemicals going anywhere but down the drain and it's easier to make sure all of the chemical is out when you have a direct light source above you
Kind of, but my shower is one of the built-in ones above my bath so I just move away from the water.
It's actually better to step out, or at least tilt your head forward. The product isn't getting into your hair or scalp if the water's just rinsing it away as soon as you put it on.

What hair shampoo should I use?
My hair is about to my shoulder, my hair is very thick and wavy. Suave isn't cutting it for me! What should I use? What hair shampoo should I use?
Tresemme, definitely. I use it and it makes my hair feel SO good. I like it because its great quality and affordable. It has hair products for different types of hair, so its good to find what you really need. What hair shampoo should I use?
finesse!!!!! or paintine but i would go with finesse. i have thick hair and it works good and it makes your hair smell reallyyyyyy good :)
HERBAL ESSENCES
Tresemme
Salon products. They are more concentrated, thats why they cost more but worth it.

Should I use Pantene shampoo with Herbal Essences Conditioner?
I currently use Pantene shampoo along with Garnier Fructis conditioner. I'm thinking of switching from Garnier Fructis to Herbal Essences because I've heard it smells good. I've read many answers saying that HE shampoo dries out your hair or makes it fall off. So should I do this Pantene/HE combo or what? Also, does the HE scent stay with your hair or is it lost once you wash off the stuff?Should I use Pantene shampoo with Herbal Essences Conditioner?
use the conditioner that you want the scent of.........shampoon washes right out, but you use conditioner last, so that is the main scent.....I use Alberto V05 shampoo and Pantene conditioner.Should I use Pantene shampoo with Herbal Essences Conditioner?
HE is not going to make your hair break off it is just as good as pantene or garnier
a lot of good the scent will do when your hair feels like gum. spend the money on some real hair products, it's your permanent accessory. drug store shampoos are sooo terrible for your hair. the shampoos are filled with dulling drying sulfates, and the conditioner is jacked full of heavy polymers and waxes to then ';coat'; your hair and give it the illusion that their shampoo just did nothing but fade your hair color. If you spend $3 on a shampoo, and the company is making a profit-what quality of ingredients do you think are put in to make this stuff? you spend at least $20 on a pair of jeans you wear once a week if that-y not spend less than that on something you have to wear everyday?
It would work, but your hair will smell funny cuz of the 2 different scents.
Why don't you use Pantene conditioner?
Yes you should. It's an excellent choice.
try it..if it works then stay with it
yes i always mix my products i luv it
i think its alright...i use 2 shampoos %26amp; one being herbal %26amp; 2 conditiners at the same time...so i don't think that will hurt...
Although Herbal Essences line has nice fragrance they put sulfates in their product which strips your hair of natural moisturizes causing your hair to have more split ends, frizz, and a harder comb through so I recommend you stick with Garnier
whoa! whoa! Easy, man. You can't mix that stuff!
sure the conditioner can never ruin your hair. that's what i do.
Yes, go ahead it wouldn't hurt to try it.
I hadn't heard that about HE. I think the Pantene HE combo would be fine.
try it out...you can always switch back if you find you don't like itwrinkles

I want to continue straightening my hair , but i don't want any split ends is there a shampoo that protects ?
Is there a shampoo that protects my hair and prevents damage?I want to continue straightening my hair , but i don't want any split ends is there a shampoo that protects ?
yeah there are lots of shampoos and conditioners that help protect your hair. =]
although i would worry most about the protectent used right before styling. (anything that is applied to wet hair is usually not strong enough to take a flat iron but is more for protection against your hair dryer.)
some good shampoo lines that protect your hair include: the chi line, therma-silk, and the alterna white truffle line.
i would worry more (with shampoo and condit.) about healthy hair, try a shampoo that ';rebuilds'; your hair, that way its harder to break.
redkens ';extreme'; and paul mitchelles ';super strong'; lines are really good at rebuilding your hair, so they can take the heat. their kind of pricey but your hair will show a major difference.
weekly deep conditoning also helps alot.
----
while hair is wet
comb it with a wide tooth comb
blot with a towel til its damp
apply some ';chi silk infusion'; (this can be applied to wet or dry hair, this is the BEST protector it also helps rebuild hair.)
before flat ironing
make sure your hair is completely dry.
flat iron small sections slowly.
try not to go over a section more than twice.
then apply a small amount of the chi silk infusion to the ends to seal them.
also take your vitamins! this really helps your hair.
good luck =]I want to continue straightening my hair , but i don't want any split ends is there a shampoo that protects ?
I think you need to keeping giving your hair its strength back to prevent damage from straightening your hair. I had severe damage to my hair from over-prcoessing it and short from pulling a Brittany and shaving everything, my girlfriend recommended www.biolustreflorida.com products. It repairs each and every hair strand, its amamzing. Ever since that day, 4 years ago, I purchase a kit every montha dn give myself a treatment the day before I color my hair and the 3-4 days after, so I have no damage from the chemicals of coloring and highlighting every 3 weeks. Good Luck
I think protected hair starts from the very beginning of the styling process. What you want to do is look for a conditioner that protects as well as a shampoo. Try ones specifically for heat styling, like Sunsilk ThermaShine or ThermaSilk. If you wanna spend a little more cash on a great product, try CHI products.
Aside from that, I also deep condition with a hair mask of some sort, at least once a week (more if I know I'm gonna be bad to it!). It only takes 3-5 minutes in the shower. I recommend Aussie's 3-minute miracle, Garnier's stuff, and, honestly, I haven't had a bad experience with any.
I also use a leave in conditioner, like Infusium 23 (which practically reversed my hair problems before), and right now I'm using one by Herbal Essences.
Make sure you use thermal styling products, like a silicone based product or straightening styling cream before ironing your hair, as this provides immediate protection.
Sunsilk is good, but the truth is that whatever you're doing to prevent it, straightening your hair is killing it. If you absolutely insist on doing it, you can refrain from washing it every night (every other night works if your hair isn't excessively oily) or try straightening just the strands on the sides. That works with hyper-curly hair because the only place it usually looks off is around the face.
Also, don't use Shampoos with strong cleaning agents... like Herbal Essences. They're horrible. The second ingredient is usually something like Sodium/Ammonium Laryl/Laureth Sulfate. If it starts with Ammonium it's bad. Sodium Laureth Sulfate is teh least damaging, used in brands like Dove (I think) and Garnier Fructis (the greatest).
There is some new shampoo from Herbal Essensce called Break's Over that is designed especially for split ends and breakage. Also, you should consider getting a hair product that protects your hair from the heat. I don't recomend straightening every single day. No amount of product can heal the damage you can do within a month's time. Your hair will feel like straw and look dull and frizzy. Trust me, I've done this before. I just do mine like two-three times a week or even less then that.
Okay first off you need to use some leave in conditioner when your hair is wet which first protects it from the blowdryer and also locks in moisture to your strands to seal it with the heat. I like John Freida frizz ease miracle ___something it is a leave in balm that you can buy at walmart. Another good one is biosilk you have to buy it at a salon but it is amazing. Then you will also need to get a flat iron spray which protects your hair from the heat of the flat iron you can only get the good ones at a salon or somewhere that sells salon products. THere are a few good ones by chi, matrix, bedhead and S factor.........they are all called flat iron spray. Also get a good trim and get the dead stuff cut off there is noo way to repair split ends but to cut them off!
Ask a cosmetologist.
ummm i think they all say they do but i dont think they really do. I just use sunsilk heat therapy shampoo used to be the old thermasilk...i think it is ok.

Hey... we've used mane and tail conditioner for years and it's made for horses. Hair is dead skin cells... so sure. If it works on them, it will work for you. Go on and clean your dead skin cells with dog shampoo!!Can I use Dog Shampoo on my own hair?
I have used dog shampoo on my hair many times. So sure.
NO! Dog shampoo usually has a chemical that can severly injure a human.
haha, i dont see how it can hurt unless you have known allergies to certain shampoos go for it!!
I think you could cause dogs have more sensative skin then ppl
Well, why would you want to in the first place... just buy HUMAN shampoo that smells like coconut
your hair will probably be greasy and damaged.
You can always put a little bit on a small patch of hair and check for dry skin/hair falling out/yada yada.
sure if you really want to.
Go ahead..do it.
Go for it, but if you have any irritation stop using it. There is a possibility of it leaving your hair much more greasy than your normal shampoo.
it wont hurt my little bro used it because his friend dared him to and nothing happend to him

What is the best shampoo for split hair?
i used a variety of shampoos, like pantene, st.ives, etc. but none of them seem to remedy the split ends situation can u please give me an advice as to what shampoo works best??What is the best shampoo for split hair?
My oldest daughter had issues with split ends so I had to learn a lot.
Sometimes it's not a matter of shampoo but other factors. Are you using a good conditioner as well as a follow-up?
Also, if you don't let your hair air-dry naturally and resort to using a hair dryer, you will be damaging all of your hair, not just the ends, but you'll see the ends suffer quicker; when I have to dry my daughters' hair, I use a dryer with a double ionizer.
There are also a number of good spray-in/comb-in conditioners which seem to help.
I have also learned that using a loose ponytail holder at night to keep it off one's neck is effective at minimizing tangles which lead to split ends; having it in a loop up off your neck keeps it from being tangled as you move during the night.
Finally, I pay attention to the types of brushes and hair accessories I get for my daughters. In particular I like the brushes that have the more rounded tips to the ';bristles'; which are spaced out widely but somewhat sturdy.
Also, for ponytail holders I only buy the ';ouchless'; kind that do not have the metal clips binding the loop together. The metal clips tend to get caught in the hair creating snags and damage which leads to splitting.
In summertime, if you're swimming much, it's essential to have a good ';swim'; shampoo/conditioner combo that removes chlorine and other chemicals and restores natural balance to your hair.
Oh, and also, next time you get your hair cut, talk to your stylist; she might be able to recommend something different to help, either a slightly different cut, or additional products that are helpful. What is the best shampoo for split hair?
Try Finesse.
I have or had dry hair with split ends and thought I was going to have to chop it off, but I started getting Infusium (23) and it's worked great for me. I get the extra moisture and damaged/unmanageable hair type kinds. Also the leave-in treatments. It doesn't take much either to make a nice lather so it lasts longer than some. My hair is to my waist and it only takes a dime size ammount.
There is nothing you can do to remedy split ends. The only thing you can do to fix them is cut them off. Use a professional shampoo to maintain your hair healthy and don't brush your hair when it is wet. Use a wide tooth comb.
even though I don't have flaky scalp, head and shoulders for dry hair has worked very well for me. it improved my hair greatly, looks just like the model's hair in the commercial. but trim all your split ends first.
your hair is dry and you need to use a mild shampoo and follow it up with a conditioner. try using Kerastase products they are great! probably the best thing you can do to eliminate those split ends is to trim your hair for about an inch.
vidal sassoon or try GLISS
Head %26amp; shoulders
Try KeraCare or or Paul Mitchell for color treated/damaged hair
When i had long hair i used the Garnier Frutis, long and beautiful because i was getting SOOO many split ends, and it made my hair...well..long and beautiful!!! i also find that dove and thermasilk work. Try and get two different kinds of shampoo that work for you and then switch off between the two of them because if you stay with just one your hair will sometimes get used to it and stop responding to the treatment in the shampoo. Also, get the same brand of conditioner...it does make a difference for ht emost part! Before changing shampoos you should also cut off the ends because most shampoos can't cure split ends but they can PREVENT them.
Shampoo does not help split hair. Hot oil does. I'd tell you which type but that would be splitting hairs!
First you need to identify what you are doing to your hair to cause the splitting. Are you flat-ironing to much, blow-drying, chemicals? And then you need to get a good haircut. A shampoo and conditioner will not fuse ends that are already damaged; they need to be cut off. Last, it might be a good idea to try salon products! Products like Panteen and Finesse are full of harsh cleansers comparative to dish soap. Infact, for clients who have called because they have colored their own hair and it is ';to dark'; I reccomend a few good shampoos with drug store brands!
If it is a cost issue, try Matrix (Biolage) Hydrating shampoo and Conditioning Balm. If you are overstyling, make sure you use a thermal protective product. Redkin makes a thermal protective gel that's wonderful. Their Extreme line is designed for severely damaged hair, and has both a shampoo and conditioner. If you are flat-ironing, or using a curling iron, a little Biosilk oil on the ends will help protect your ends before you hit them with the iron!

What mens body wash, shampoo do you like/use?
I like my boyfriend to use Axe Kilo or PhoenixWhat mens body wash, shampoo do you like/use?
I can't stand body wash, it always feels like it leaves a greasy film on my body, like it doesn't completely rinse off, so I use bar soap. As for shampoo, I use suave, because it is the only one that makes my hair smooth. Other shampoos leave my scalp really dry as well. If you know of a good body wash that isn't loaded with perfume, let me know. What mens body wash, shampoo do you like/use?
My hubby uses F.C.U.K. it smells lush,I love it when he has just got out of the bath..
The blue or yellow axe, blue smells awesome and yellow has these scrubing beads that you can actually feel rubbing the away the dirt. Shampoo I don't care.
I like the way axe phoenix smells.
From a girls point of view I LOVE the smell of the Axe products (body wash, deoderant, body spray)
I would follow a guy wearing it!
Lynx bodywash and pantene shampoo/conditioner
ultrex
My husband uses either Axe (any of the scents) or Bath and Body Works Cool Spring.
First off, don't ever let anyone tell you it is ';unmanly'; to use men's body wash and shampoo and that ';real men'; only use bars of soap to wash off. Guys who say that automatically make it obvious they were born prior to 1960 and they're just being old-man jerkoffs.
I use Axe or Dove body wash. I don't use shampoo because I have a military hair cut (practically no hair).

Any shampoo will get your hair clean. If you worry about the green tint blondes tend to get, try using baking soda on your hair to neutralize the chlorine. You could also try a clarifying shampoo like Neutrogena Clear Head. Those swimming shampoos are the same as regular shampoos but they cost more because they tell people they are for after swimming...
Good luck!
Im a high school swimmer and had the same problem. I used Ultra Swim Shampoo and Conditioners. Before our league meet we shaved our heads and my hair has grown back chlorine free
I use an anti-chlorine shampoo. It really helps.
We rinse our hair in cider vinegar. Also wet your hair with tap water before you go in the pool so your hair will soak up the clear tap water and not the chlorine so much.
i use UltraSwim, and it works great for me.
I use this stuff called ';Humectent';. Suave makes it. It costs much less than Nexus ';Humectrus'; and it works just as well.
Hope this helps,

How much is the shampoo from paul mitchell, let's say from like savon or walmart?
We have some smoothing shampoo and conditioner from Paul Mitchell, but we got a sale for both bottles for like $15. Usually it's more than that though. :(
What is the best shampoo for straight, thin, oily hair?
Believe it or not head and shoulders works very well it has a low ph and a little sulfar in it which adds great volume to the hair while keeping it healthy. Definatly stay away from heavy conditioners and when you do condition try to stick to just the ends and rinse with cold water. Cold water will help close your hair folicles and look even smoother. What is the best shampoo for straight, thin, oily hair?

I use pantene both shampoo and conditioner.People always compliment me on how naturally straight and really shiny my hair is.It's a really good product.
Don't use garneier fructis products. It makes your hair really greasy.
I like the Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine, and I also like Pantene Pro-V Restoratives Frizz Control. Both of those shampoos and condtioners leave my hair soft and manageable, but not greasy.

hello hydration works sooo well and smells delicious!
Ive been using Matrix Biolage, the hydrating one. I also like TIGI Bedhead in Self Absorbed. Smells great. Also Lanza Color Care shampoo, awesome. I won't really use drug store shampoo on my hair anymore, they contain sulfates and detergents. That is why they lather so well and easily.
i use aussie. they have shampoo and conditioner for every style and other products that match. for example i use the sydney smooth shampoo and conditioner and i use 3 minute miracle smooth treatment also made by aussie.
I use Joico K-Pak, Redken AllSoft, Matrix Biolage, etc... I haven't used store bought brands in 10 years! I don't even know what they have there anymore.

What is a great shampoo and conditioner for flyaways because my head is filled up with it.?
I brush it down alot but that doesn't work at all. Another thing is that some of my friends say that my hair is frizzy and some of my friends say that my hair isn't. what is frizzy hair exactly because im not sure what it is.What is a great shampoo and conditioner for flyaways because my head is filled up with it.?
Frizzy hair=lots of fly aways. To take care of this you need to start using a different product on your hair. Not just a shampoo and conditioner will help this you also need to apply product before styling. This will do wonders for your hair. I love Frizz -Ease anything. Thermasilk smoothing leave in conditioner is also awesome if you blow dry your hair. Pick a smoothing shampoo and conditoner Tressemme is real good too. And follow with style. If you let your hair air dry this can also cause your hair to stand on end because it needs to be trained. Pick a process to styling and stick to it.What is a great shampoo and conditioner for flyaways because my head is filled up with it.?
I like Redken, so I would recommend the Extreme Shampoo and Conditioner. If your hair is kind of oily though, then I would say the Clear Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner are better for you. Also, dont use a brush on your hair, use a wide-tooth comb or a pick, brushes cause more breakage. Use a smoothing serum before you blowdry your hair, that will help a lot. And when you blowdry, point the dryer down you hair, so the air flows from your roots down.
okay, well i don't know of any shampoos or conditioners that help flyaways, but there is a really great product called bed head manipulator. you can use it to smooth down flyaways, or keep new growth with the rest of your hair. and the frizzy part: frizzy can be a lot of different things. my kind of frizzy was the kind where you get little tiny curls like, around your hair. sometimes [this is mostly with curly hair] it's where each hair is like, curly. so the hairs don't stay together in big curls, but they are like, each their own curl.

Is clarifying shampoo safe to be used as regular shampoo everyday?
Is it safe to be used everyday to replace regular shampoo? Or should only be used once a week or so?Is clarifying shampoo safe to be used as regular shampoo everyday?
Unless it's clearly stated on the bottle that it shouldn't be used every day, then it's safe.Is clarifying shampoo safe to be used as regular shampoo everyday?
I reckon its safe, but clarifiers are harsh (lots of sulfates and EDTA). The general recommendation is once a week. Even so, you might have an extra oily scalp that needs it more than once a week. So use a clarifyer on the days your hair feels oily (or if you used styling products the day before). The rest of the time, use another type of shampoo.wrinkles

What is the best shampoo and conditioner? 10 points best answer!!!!?
hydrating shampoo and conditioner for dry hair that is curly and wants to be very soft and healthy looking....what shampoo and conditioner???What is the best shampoo and conditioner? 10 points best answer!!!!?
what works best really depends on your individual hair.
i have long, thick, very wavy/almost curly hair- this is what works best to keep my hair soft and shiny w/out weighing it down:
try nexxus therappe... it's awesome stuff. they have it at walmart now, and i love it. it's on the expensive side, but totally worth the purchase.
also, try dove's line. get a deep hydrating shampoo, and a regular or light conditioner... the combination is amazing!
herbal essence, pantene pro v, aussie, and treseme are horrible on my hair! they may smell good, but they either weigh it down, make it grimy-feeling, or make it fall out! lolWhat is the best shampoo and conditioner? 10 points best answer!!!!?
i love to use treseme! it works really well!
Back to Basics-I forget the name but its something like hydrating curls-its a big pink bottle
Crabtree %26amp; Evelyn, Lasource seaweed shampoo and conditioner. They have Aloe Vera too but Lasource is better.
all the pantene pro-v shampoos (mainly the texturize and curly ones). my hair loves them all and is reduces the frizz so much with my supper curly hair! then i follow up with tresseme curly mouse and l'oreal tightly wound for a finishing spray.
good luck %26lt;3
I would recommend ';Garnier Fructis';. It is REALLY great! The conditioner makes your hair feel like it's floating, and if you brush directly after it, your hair turns light and bouncy. Don't worry, it keeps your natural curls in!
Dove! Dove has different kinds for all hair types. Great for your hair and smells great.
i like the john frieda ones for specific colors. you can get them with hydrating stuff in them as well. they are kind of expensive though so I just use hydrating dove from b.j.s
Aveda shampoo and conditioner. I am mixed and my hair gets curly when it's wet. I use the sap moss kind, but they have others. I love it because it really moisturizes your hair. You can leave the conditioner in for like 10 hours. I wash my hair at night put the conditioner in, put a plastic cap over that and a towel over that (to keep my pillow dry) Then I just rinse my hair in the morning and I'm good to go. It's kinda expensive though, but it's worth the price. I paid about $100 for about a 36 ounce bottle of shampoo with a 36 ounce bottle of conditioner. However it lasted me a good 8 months I washed my hair about every 3 or 5 days. The shampoo's really good because it lathers but not a lot, so that means that there's not a lot of alcohol in it.
You have to go to a nice salon to purchase it because it's not sold in stores. Some places even require you to have a beauticians license to purchase them.
If you're not willing to pay that much you can use Nexxus I bought it once it works fine, but not as good as Aveda. I also hear great stuff about Dove. Never used it though. I love Tresemme. I use the anti-breakage formula with vitamin b12 and gelatin. It kept my hair healthy and with a shine and if I keep the conditioner in for about 10- 20 min. My hair is super bouncy.
P.S. All of them except Nexxus smell good!!!
L'oreal ...I use that and i absolutely love it ..its the newest one the pink bottle %26gt;%26gt;%26gt; I am serious try it and you will love me for telling you !
Definitely Dove Advanced Care Sheer Moisture shampoo and conditioner. It works amazingly. Also not heat styling it helps keep it healthier. =)
Herbal Essences smells real good
I have hair EXACTLY like yours. I use either Pantene, Herbal Essence, or Aussie.
Make sure to pick what's right for your hair though. Don't pick shampoo for straight hair! :)
Be sure also to pick up some leave-in conditioner that will leave your hair feeling silky smooth. Tresemme has some great products.
Good luck!! Hope this helps.

What's the best shampoo/conditioner/styling product for curly hair?
I have permed, thick, long, curly hair. Any ideas? What's the best shampoo/conditioner/styling product for curly hair?
I have used SOO many different types of hair products to manage my thick curly hair. The product I have found to work the very best is Herbal Essence Totally Twisted. It calms the frizz and makes my hair even bouncier and curlier! I love it. It smells very good as well and it's not that expensive. Good luck. =)What's the best shampoo/conditioner/styling product for curly hair?
Paul MItchell has a great product line. It's more expensive than the kind of product you buy at a discount store, but definitely worth the extra money. They all smell real nice, too. Personally, a product can be fantastic, but if I don't like the fragrance I won't use it. You can buy the products at your hair salon, or beauty supply warehouse/store.
Check out the link.
The absolute best is the new brand called Organix. It has organic active ingredients and is sulfate-free so it wont dry out your hair, plus...it smells absolutely awesome! Organix has different collections for different hair types which are all amazing! They have an Organix Curling Citrus Mango Collection which is incredible! You can get Organix at Target, Albertsons, Duane Reade, Bed Bath %26amp; Beyond, Kroger, Jewel, Safeway, etc. You'll love it!!!

What is the best shampoo for colored hair?
I dyed my hair recently medium brown and I would like to know a very good shampoo for colored hair one that leaves your hair with volume and that protects your color from fading? thanksWhat is the best shampoo for colored hair?
Pantene for color treated hair. What is the best shampoo for colored hair?
I know that Dove makes this great line of products just for people who went lighter or darker than their hair color.
best i found is pantene.
try it with the conditioner also. they have many varieties.
works wonders for me.
Well, there are two ways. You could go the pricey way with John Frieda Brilliant Brunette...or you could go the cheap way with Garnier Fructis or Suave. They have special colored shampoos that leave you're hair colorful up to an extra 6 weeks.
Color Smart shampoo and conditioner.
I like Pantene for colored hair. Helps with the fading.
Tresemme.. dont know how to spell it.. but it works well on my hair
Salons always have the best and most effective products... most store bought products are cheap because pretty much the only thing in it is water
i say use graham webb thickening infusion i think its called..and biosilk by farouk for a conditioner. these products work well and can be found in your hair salon, a beauty shop, or www.usahaircare.com
I just recently started using Loreal Vive. It's a newer shampoo.. and it IS kind of expensive.. but it works miracles on dyed/highlighted hair! (they have different shampoos for dyed and highlighted hair!)

Which is better, the shampoo or conditioner?
I want to buy a shampoo or conditioner that makes your hair grow longer, which is better, SHAMPOO or CONDITIONER or which is more important? Please don't say both :)Which is better, the shampoo or conditioner?
In my opinion, the conditioner would be more important. Shampoo is more of a cleanser, to get rid of all the crap on your scalp and hair. I'm not saying it's not needed, but conditioner adds the moisture and nutrients back into your hair and scalp. If your trying to grow your hair longer, you want to make sure your hair is healthy.Which is better, the shampoo or conditioner?
you need both of them because without shampoo conditioner is useles
the shampoo opens the hair cuticle and the ph of your hair is high
and then you conditon it..and for the conditioner to work the cuticle needs to be open and the condition lowers the ph..the ph pf your hair should be 4.5 to 5.5
shamoo makes it around a 7 /7.5 and the conditioner brings it back down
You need both. Why do you only want to choose one? To save money? To only work with one bottle? If I had to pick one, I would pick shampoo. Sometimes the shampoo can help condition the hair. But it keeps it clean and that's important. You can always get shampoo and conditioner in one.
i kno u dont wanna hear both but you really cant pick...u need both.
The shampoo will take all the grease, dirt and natural oil out of ur hair...
without the conditioner it will be nappy and u cant brush it and its hard..
if u dont use shampoo it wil stay greasy and add more softness but turn oily really quickly and look gross with all oil in your hair
if i HAD to pick one i would just use the conditioner but its SO pointless and sucks to pick one. save up and get both
The conditioner is the better deal for your hair, the shampoo will wash out.But the conditioner will stay in the roots of you hair if u leave it in your hair long enough before u rinse it out. take it from a hair dresser hisband.

My hair is dry from coloring at home. I dont like to use conditioner seperate from shampoo. Any home remedies?
Okay,
coloring your hair alot will eventually dry it out to the point where it starts to thin. What I do for shampoo is I shampoo my hair 3 times in the shower with prescription shampoo then with over the counter shampoo. Then I deep condition my hair for 45 mins under a heating cap. Using the heating cap stimulates your scalp and makes it healthierr and stronger.

herbal essences smells the best out of all of them ,
patenine pro v + sunsilk are good for dry hair (sunsilk smells nice too)
you can also go to a shop like sassi's or sallys (a hairdressers wholesellers) and buy the big 5 litre shampoos + conditioner for only like 拢3.00 and their good
good luck xxx
clinique do a lovely shampoo and conditioner smells gorgeous.
they also do an intense conditioner treatment to be used once a week. i brought this for my friend who gets very dry frizzy hair and it worked wonders.
don't pay full price though go to ebay !
i use dove it a good shampoo and conditioner
Toni %26amp; Guy for sure. smells fab, moisturises beautifully, they do the full range and if you're quick Boots have it all on offer, 2 for拢7.00
As your colour is begining to fade there is now shampoo that will restore that colour. the only option is to try a colour enhancing shampoo, however these are more effective when used straight after your hair was coloured.

i love using john freidas brilliant brunette shampoo and conditioner. its a bit more expensive but it really makes your hair look great and it also smells really nice! it brings out the colour in your hair (whether its your natural colour or dyed) giving it a healthy shine and its available for all hair colours. I would really recommend it.
um tigis catwalk... i think tigi is a UK co. its a professional product. its like ';food for ur hair'; its got oatmeal and honey in it a set of shamp -con is 20 thu.
I love the Aussie hair products because they make your hair feel beautiful and they smell good enough to eat (especially the three minute miracle) although they can be a little pricey. At the moment I am using Dove shampoo and conditioner for coloured hair and I am very impressed with this too!
Treseme have supprisingly nice products for how cheap they are.
If you can afford it, the best by a long way I have found is Aveda. Through loads of colouring, cuts and treatments it's always made my hair feel strong and shiny. They do a great Colour Conserve formulation or their shampure rage is lovely and smells divine. they also have a colour enhancing range if you felt like trying it. You only need a small amount of any of the range for a great effect.
If you can't stretch to that, then the most important thing is to look for one that's PH neutral and only use warm (not hot) water. Aussie is not a bad cheaper choice.
herbal essences, rain forest flowers
Toni and guy expensive but really good
I love Paul Mitchell products particularly The Wash. It is very gentle.

How many times can i put the rid lice shampoo on my children's heads?
i have put it on them three times already is this dangerous? How many times can i put the rid lice shampoo on my children's heads?
The problem with the lice shampoo is that lice have become immune to it. And it really isn't that good for kids. One thing I've heard that works is to coat their hair with cetaphil lotion and leave it on overnight, you can cover it with a shower cap or something. Then you have to comb it out, and this is the most important thing, you have to get every single egg out of the hair, if you even leave one egg that is enough to re-populate their hair with lice again. Use three or four different combs with different size spaces between the teeth of the comb. Once you get it combed out, wash the Cetaphil out of their hair. Good luck. Once you get the lice out, you can prevent them somewhat by using styling products in your children's hair. People think that lice like dirty hair, but they actually find it easier to attach to clean hair. I'm not saying let your children run around with dirty hair, but using mousse or gel and a little bit of hairspray can help some. How many times can i put the rid lice shampoo on my children's heads?
Ok, I had lice lice summer, and I had to put it on like 4 times (A WEEK). Depending on how bad it is, depends on how much you put on. If it is really bad, do it aobut 2-4 times a week. If it is not to bad, then about 2 times a week. Not bad AT ALL 1 time a week, maybe 2.
You should also combs 2 times a day (A.M, P.M). If this doesnt help (Lice are immune to rid sometimes) then I would get a prescription.
once is usually enough, must consult with your doctor, check for reinfection sources etc

garnier fructis wonder waves shampoo and conditioner :) and the products with the line work well too :)What kind of shampoo/conditioner will make my hair wavy? And work well?
If you want wavy hair...here's what my wife does: Wash it and braid it before bed. Sleep on it and wake up and undo the braid and it's the perfect wave. Doesn't really matter what shampoo, I think. If you want wavy hair...here's what my wife does: Wash it and braid it before bed. Sleep on it and wake up and undo the braid and it's the perfect wave. Doesn't really matter what shampoo, I think. Pouring vitamins in shampoo helps hair growth?
What happens if your pour some vitamins in your shampoo and wash your hair with it? Will it help me? I'm taking some vitamins called Gelatin Capsules. I bought it in Mexico and they are supposed to be good, they have alot of nutrients. So I am wondering if i pour it into my shampoo and wash my hair with it, will it help or will I go bald? Just a suggestion.Pouring vitamins in shampoo helps hair growth?
Gelatin has big molecular size. It less be absorbed directy to your head's skin. Usually shampoo can make your head's skin and hair be cleaned. And by adding some vitamin, we hope our head's skin and hair will be healtier than before. But you'd better use treatment shampoo, because it contain proportional ingredients. Not to try by adding some chemicals into shampoo. Remember that your vitamin is for oral taken.Pouring vitamins in shampoo helps hair growth?
your hair grows 1/4 to 1/2 inch a month, that's it. The vitamins may help inprove health but not hair growth. Just keep taking the vitamins the way they are seposed to be taken that way the rest of your body can be healthy too. Don't forget to trim your hair every 6 to 8 weeks to help keep the ends healthy %26amp; looking good.
They do have hair growth vitamins at GNC, I'm not sure if they actually work or not(I haven't tried them) but I'm told that they do

NO your hair gets healthier from the inside. If the Vitamins you have Have Vitamin E in them that's the best for your hair and skin.
You need lots of E vitamins which is very good for the hair. It would better to take your vitamis orally which will help your hair from the root to the tip. All vitamins are good for the hair including calcium intake and protein. They all work wonders.
Vitamins can't be absorbed through your hair, which is essentially dead.
The only vitamins that have been associated with hair growth are the B vitamins.
I would worry about Mexican gelatin capsules. If you want to take gelatin (which won't affect your hair but will make your fingernails strong), just use Knox Gelatin from the good old USA.
Hair is just dead cells, no amount of vitamins will help from the outside. Don't listen to advertisment hype. Vitamins taken orally can help with new hair growth by making healthy scalp and folicals.
