no...it would be a pain in teh put to get in the shower, get your hair wet, hten get out of teh shower to shampoo then get back in...
Why??
I do because otherwise your not actually cleaning your scalp or hair properly.





I just go forward a bit, so my hair isn't standing in the shower.





You shouldn't shampoo it in the shower because you need to get the shampoo into your scalp and massage it well so that its clean.
I wash my hair in the kitchen when I get a relaxer/texturizer/perm or whatever you'd like to call it because I don't want the chemicals going anywhere but down the drain and it's easier to make sure all of the chemical is out when you have a direct light source above you
Kind of, but my shower is one of the built-in ones above my bath so I just move away from the water.





It's actually better to step out, or at least tilt your head forward. The product isn't getting into your hair or scalp if the water's just rinsing it away as soon as you put it on.
