Did Biosilk thickening shampoo help your thinning hair?

My hair is thin and fragile so it brakes off especially on the ends.


Did Bio silk help it?

No it will not help.


I like Biosilk, but with your problems I dont think its the right shampoo.


For shampoo I would recommend Shen Min (at gnc or other health food stores) if you want to stop the thinning. I use it and it works great. Or you can try a shampoo with protein. I'm not sure what your budget is, but Joico Kpak products would really help stop the breakage. If you cant afford it, Sally's beauty supply has a knock off version of it, and its actually surprisingly good.





Your hair is breaking off due to lack of protein, hair is made of protein, when its lacking protein due to styling etc, it breaks, so really focus your products on to that aspect.





I def. recommend some protein treatments, try Aphogee two step protein, its great.


Also, get yourself some leave in conditioner, its very important.

It helped my hair feel softer, but it made it look greasy for some reason.
