my hair is really damaged from straightening it everyday, so i would like to try to get away from that... so i was wondering what the best brand would be if i want something that will make my hair straighter (its not curly, just wavy), and may be able to repair some of the damage that is already done to my hair? i don't intend to spend tons of money on this, so don't give me brands that are super expensive or anything.
thanks so much! =)What is a good straightening shampoo/conditioner?
Tresemme right now is on sale at Wal-mart and they have this shampoo that is great for hair that is styled with heat everyday! I have tried every single type of shampoo that is supposed to make your hair straight and it doesn't work. So your best bet is to buy the shampoo that protects your hair from heat damage and also help repair it, because you will just be wasting money on those other products.
So try Tresemme heat protection and repair...or something along those lines. What is a good straightening shampoo/conditioner?
I agree with pausurany above. I use Tresemme and its fantastic. They have an anti-friz shine spritz that I spray in my dried hair before I straighten it and it adds a lot of shine. Loreal makes a good shampoo to add sleekness and shine too. Its the hot pink bottle. I shampoo with Tresemme then the Loreal Or whatever other shampoo I'm using that month then Tresemme conditioner, blow dry then spray on the shine serum and straighten.
Sunsilkåº ';Straight to Perfection'; shampoo...it's a purple bottle
