What shampoo & conditioner is best for my hair?

My hair is very thick (my friends often refer to it as a horse's tail) and wavy. It doesn't get too frizzy..but I have flyaways. I am debating between Pantene Smooth %26amp; Sleek, Tresemme Smooth %26amp; Silky, Garnier Sleek %26amp; Shine, and Herbal Essences Hello Hydration. I've tried Garnier and I've loved it. I'm just wondering if anything else out there is better? My goal isn't to lose my thickness or waves, I just want to maintain smoothness and shine. I am leaning towards Tresemme since it's cheaper and they claim it's just as good. Although I have heard some complaints about them... I've also heard complaints about Pantene leaving build-up.





When answering it would really helpful if you'd stick to the formulas (smooth %26amp; silky, etc. not color enhancing, etc.) I've listed.

You get what you buy. The best way to get the right shampoo is to use salon brands (Matrix, Redken, Aveda, Pureology). However, it can be pricey to do so, but normally those kinds of shampoos and conditioners are more concentrated and you can mix them with water to make them last longer. The best way to go is to know someone that does hair that can get them at cost. I've noticed more discount stores are selling Biolage, which is a pretty good set, particularly the hydrating. It works well on my hair and I'm also blessed with a ';mane.';What shampoo %26amp; conditioner is best for my hair?
Cheap shampoo gives you cheap results.





I'd try and buy something at your salon, or maybe even try using some product in your hair. Mouse, leave in conditioners.





Ask your hairdresser...he/she will be more than happy to give you advice
i think dove feels wonderful, but i dont know what you prefer
my hair is exxxxactly the same. I think you should use Pantene! It's pretty exspensive, but it works the best. You can usualy find it a little cheeper at JC Penny's salon, if your JC Penny's has one (or if you even have a JC Penny's)
