Vet Tech is absolutely right. My sister has pugs and fosters pugs in Florida and she swears by Skin So Soft. She even sprays it on her window screens to keep the flys and other flying insects away.Is oatmeal shampoo good for keeping flies off of dogs?
Oatmeal (doggie) shampoo is a very mild and only effective on a frequently bathed dog, or a dog with sensitive skin as it won't irritate or dry out his/her skin. It is not effective against fleas as it contains no ingredients to repel or kill the little parasites.
