Whats your favourite shampoo and conditioner? ?

I'd love to find an amazing shampoo and conditioner that makes my hair shiny and full of volume, any ideas? I've never really found and amazing product and have bought loads!Whats your favourite shampoo and conditioner? ?
I work in a hair salon and anything you can buy at the grocery store is bad for your hair. Herbal Essences, people buy because it makes your hair smell good, but they use cheap fragrances that actually damage your hair. Pantene, Aussie, Garnier, all that is bad. Dove is an acception though. I would recommend Biolage, Redken, and Joico.Whats your favourite shampoo and conditioner? ?
I highly recommend Morrison's Betterbuy Healthy Hair shampoo and conditioner. Believe it or not this is the best shampoo I've ever used, I used to spend a fortune on expensive branded shampoo or buying products from my stylists salon, but nothing came close to this stuff and it only costs 59p per bottle! My advice is thus; don't be scared to use the cheap stuff, some are useless but when it's so cheap to buy it's worth a try to find something that works really well 鈥?less ingredients is also better for your hair. I do still sometimes use more expensive shampoos; Linco beer shampoo/conditioner which is nice to use and makes your hair really soft or Aussie Volume which gives good volume, I use these because as well as good results they smell amazing.

You could try the no-poo method, this makes your hair much healthier, easier to manage, grows faster and will stay clean much longer even to the point where it will never be greasy again. The shampoo you normally use will strip your hair of natural oils meant to keep hair healthy, shiny and strong, thus why conditioners were invented to cover up that damage, but as oils from conditioner don't last and your scalp overcompensates for the oils it has lost it means you need to wash your hair more often. For the no-poo method you use one tablespoon baking soda to one cup of warm water, apply to your roots working it in and let it sit for a minute, this stimulates blood flow, cleans pores and gets off built-up grime, then rinse with two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to one cup water, let it sit for a minute and then rinse out. Seriously, don't be scared to try it, there is a transition period but there are things that can be done to help that, and you are guaranteed healthier, shinier and stronger hair from using this method.

I like redken body full. It smells good, gives the hair lots of body and a lot of shine. Its a little pricy, but most salons have good deals for the holiday season.
